These classes are all 30 minutes in length. They all have a specific aim and follow up to date research. They are classes you may not find in your local area.
To align the spine and release the shoulders. You will need a 30 x 90cm foam roller for this class.
Encouraging strength and flexibility from the feet take strain away from the knees, hips and back. You will need an elastic band and tennis ball.
This is a flow yoga style class with emphasis on spinal mobility.
Hip mobility and strength is essential around our core and helps with balance.
